Engineered for rapid installation and versatile application, each unit includes a neoprene gasket, mounting screws, base and cover assembly, and WP17 inserts with 4 knockouts to support diverse receptacle and switch types.

Manufactured from heavy-duty, UV-stabilized polycarbonate, the WP5100 series complies fully with 2020 NEC Article 406.9 (B)(1) for wet locations and extra-duty applications, CEC Article 26-702, and holds dual cULus and cCSAus Certifications for Type 3R outdoor enclosures. Engineered to endure severe climate conditions, it satisfies cold-impact testing down to -60°F (-51°C), withstands a 12 lbf. impact test, and utilizes a reinforced hinge pin designed to exceed a 40 lbf. stress test.

Designed for flexible field setup, the unit supports both vertical and horizontal mounting orientations. It features a 1/8" (3 mm) thick neoprene gasket with mounting screw slits and an integrated lockable hasp accepting padlocks up to a 1/4" (6 mm) shank diameter. The interior cavity easily accommodates heavy-duty power cords up to 1x12 AWG or 2x14 AWG.
