Product Description

Ensure long-lasting and reliable fire protection with the BRK SMI105-AC Hardwired Ionization Smoke Alarm, featuring a 10-Year Sealed Lithium Battery Backup. This interconnectable smoke detector delivers early warning detection for fast-flaming fires, helping to protect your home and family 24/7—even during power outages.

This alarm includes a factory-locked 10-year lithium backup battery, eliminating the need for battery replacement and offering consistent protection for an entire decade. It replaces the older 9120LBL model, upgrading your safety to the latest UL 217 8th Edition compliance.

Equipped with advanced ionization sensor technology, this unit is ideal for detecting fast-moving fires. The latching alarm indicator visually identifies the unit that was triggered, simplifying diagnostics in multi-unit setups.

This smoke alarm supports hardwire interconnectivity, allowing you to connect up to 12 smoke alarms and 6 compatible CO or heat alarms from First Alert or BRK. When one unit sounds, all connected units will alarm simultaneously for full-home coverage.

A Test/Silence button allows for convenient system checks or temporary silencing of false alarms, while the included dust cover helps protect the alarm during installation or remodeling.
