The light features an adjustable and removable shroud paired with a clear, heat-resistant convex glass lens for focused beam control. It houses a top-grade fixed ceramic bi-pin socket with a retention clip, supporting 12V MR-16 lamps up to 50W (lamp not included). Ideal for use with LED retrofit lamps, it operates within a 9–17V range when powered by a remote 12V transformer (sold separately).

Each unit comes prewired with a 3-ft 18-2 SPT2-W direct burial cord, and is compatible with CX-839 universal connectors or CX-854 silicone-filled wire nuts (sold separately). The adjustable cast brass knuckle includes a thumb screw and ½" NPT threaded male hub, while the standard plastic ground spike ensures fast installation.
