The Aluminum 3 Louvered Boxed Step Light is designed for reliable step and pathway illumination in residential and commercial outdoor applications. Crafted with a durable aluminum faceplate and a white powder-coated steel recessed mount box, this step light offers long-lasting performance in Black, Bronze, Rust, and White finishes to match diverse architectural styles.
The fixture features a 3-louver design for controlled light distribution and reduced glare. A high-impact white polycarbonate lens is securely sealed to the faceplate, protecting the lamp while diffusing light evenly. Equipped with a top-grade fixed S.C. Bayonet socket, the light supports a 12V SCB lamp (27W max, halogen or LED equivalent – lamp not included).
Each unit comes prewired with a 12-inch direct burial cord for ease of installation. Optional CX-839 universal connectors or CX-854 silicone-filled wire nuts are available for secure wiring. Designed for recessed surface mounting, the housing includes three ½" NPT inlets for conduit entry, making it ideal for use in concrete, brick, or other masonry surfaces.
This step light operates within a 9–17V range with LED lamps and requires a remote 12V magnetic transformer (sold separately). Backed by a 5-year warranty on the fixture housing, it’s a dependable solution for architectural outdoor lighting.
