The ENERLITES DWOS-J is a versatile 180° PIR Occupancy/Vacancy motion sensor wall switch designed to provide reliable energy-efficient lighting control. Using passive infrared (PIR) technology, this switch accurately detects motion to automate lighting based on occupancy or vacancy while offering manual control when needed.

With a 180° field of view and coverage of up to 1200 sq.ft., the DWOS-J is ideal for commercial and residential applications such as offices, classrooms, conference rooms, hallways, and large common areas. It offers two operational modes:

• Occupancy mode: Lights turn ON automatically when motion is detected and turn OFF after no motion is sensed within the selected time delay.

• Vacancy mode: Lights must be turned ON manually, then automatically turn OFF after no motion is detected.

The adjustable time delay ranges from 15 seconds to 30 minutes, and the switch includes a manual ON/OFF push button for user convenience. A “walk-through” mode increases energy savings by turning lights off shortly after momentary occupancy.

The DWOS-J requires either a neutral or secured ground wire depending on the model and is compatible with single pole and 3-way applications. It supports incandescent, fluorescent, and LED lighting. A LED indicator light flashes to confirm motion detection, and zero-crossing functionality ensures safe and efficient switching.

The ENERLITES DWOS-J is UL listed, California Title 24, Part 6 compliant, and comes with a 5-year warranty, making it an ideal solution for energy code-compliant lighting automation.
