Decorative Slide Dimmer has easily slide control and LED indicator on/off switch. Your choise of
either white or almond trim. To operate simply push the LED paddle switch and the lights will
turn ON. Then, slide the dimmer switch up or down to adjust the light level to desired output.
Ideal for use in, retail, office, education, hospitality/lodging, institutional, multiple dwelling and
residential applications.

General Information
- CAUTION:Use only with permanently-installed incandescent or halogen fixtures. To avoid
overheating and possible damage to other equipment, do not use to control receptacles,
flourescent lighting fixtures, motor-driven appliances or transformer-supplied appliances. - Install in accordance with all national and local electrical codes.
- if no ground means exists within the wall box, then for this type of installation, cap the
ground wire. A dimmer installed in this manner must be installed with a plastic, non-
combustible, UL listed wall plate. - For new installations, install a test switch before installing the dimmer.
- Protect dimmer from dust and dirt when painting or spackling.
- It is normal for the dimmer to fell warm to the touch during operation.
- IMPORTANT:Clean dimmer with a soft damp cloth only. Do not use any chemical cleaners.
Multi-gang Installations
When Installing more than one control in the same wall box, it may be necessary to remove all
Inner side sections prior to wiring. If pre-intalled, remove the wall plate and wall plate adapter
from dimmer. using pliers, bend side section up and down until they break off. Repeat for each
side section to be removed. Removal of dimmer side sections reduces maximum load capacity.
