BLV18R-AT Remodel Airtight Housing - Small aperture and remodel low-voltage housing for accent and task lighting.
- NON-IC - Insulation must be kept a minimum of 3" from housing
- Airtight housing limits the exchange of air between ceiling plenum and heated/cooled areas.
HOUSING FEATURES- Internal thermal protector rated 105°C guards against misuse of insulation materials and improper lamping.
- Lamp holder on trims adjust 30° from horizontal.
- Junction box is listed for through branch circuit wiring and has several 1/2" knockouts pry-outs.
- Four Romex pry-outs for Romex installation.
INSTALLATION FEATURES- Supplied with 3 - #30-614 Ideal Push in wire connectors for ease of installation.
- 5 1/2" height allows use in 2" x 6" joist construction.
- Housing slips through 4 1/2" ceiling opening.
- Four remodel clips secure housing and accommodate ceiling thickness.
